Recently purchased a bunch of stuff online from the Canucks store including some bobbleheads. The items were very poorly packaged. One of the bobbleheads came completely crushed. I sent an email to the team store and got the usual instant reply that someone would get to me in 3-5 days. Zero reply. Very disappointing experience. Be cautious ordering online from them. Very poor customer service.

I got the perfect gift for my husband but the shop was a bit difficult to get to. I had wanted to pick up the gift in person but next time I will just order for shipment. Also found the staff a little awkward asking me for id -i guess I was sus coming in soaking wet and bedraggled.

This place is an absolute treasure chest, I love it!! I actually find I have to force myself to leave before spending too much cash... It's absolutely crammed with awesome items and a huge range of stock including regular discounted products. The staff are super friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is super exciting and it just gets you so stoked for the next Canucks Puck drop! I love to stop by here as much as possible and grab one of their many great offers on game-worn player apparel or equipment which is super rad and authentic. Recommendation.. Get some TV's on the walls playing some Nucks highlights please!!

Poorly managed. Merchandising is not done well. Staff have inconsistent training and many don't really have the answers. When you have a sale for Season Ticket holders make sure you know what's included and what's not included. Basic. One cashier gives free bag, the others charge. One staff says yes 30% off and the cashier says no. Where's the manager? Who is training? There were more staff handling cookies & coffee

Vaughn, has made my experience at the team store incredible. The Canucks are a very lucky team to have someone like, Vaughn, working for them. I had a lot of questions regarding the Indigenous merchandise and he was super helpful and thoughtful assisting me with everything I needed. Because of him, I will buy a season ticket to the Canucks.

The new lunar new year of the tiger logo looks really fantastic! Just the items are on the pricer side. I get that its limited edition memorabilia and its once in a 12 year span to get the tiger logo....if you can justify the price and are a fan then these memorabilia are just what you are looking for!

I bought three Laver Cup tees with original price (~$50.00 each) over the weekend during the Laver Cup Tennis Event at Rogers Arena. After purchasing, I noticed I bought the wrong gender of the tees. I asked for an exchange or refund over the phone and was told once the event was over, they didn't do any refund or exchange. I feel like it was a scam because I wasn't told at the time of purchase, even the receipt did not mention about it. Does any one have the same experience? I absolutely will not go to this shop "Canucks Team Store" again! An unhappy customer.

Says it closes at 5pm. I come at 4:45 to grab a shirt for a Christmas gift. Apparently on game days they close earlier and I can’t come in unless I’ve got tickets the game. Came from North Van to make it just in time but apparently I’m too late - disappointing man.
